The SALSA® MLPA® products on this page are for basic research and intended for experienced MLPA users only! This kit enables you to quantify genes or chromosomal regions in which the occurrence of copy number changes is not yet well-established and the relationship between genotype and phenotype is not yet clear. Since it will not provide you with clear cut answers, interpretation of results can be complicated. MRC-Holland cannot provide assistance with interpretation of results obtained with this product, and recommends thoroughly screening any available literature.
