SALSA MLPA kits are supplied with all necessary buffers and enzymes. Our MLPA products are shipped worldwide directly from Amsterdam, the Netherlands on dry ice or with ice packs by courier service on the first Monday after we receive the order. Orders within Europe are shipped on Monday and Wednesday. Your order should quote: 1. Purchase order number 2. Shipping address or customer number 3. Billing address or customer number 4. Contact name + phone number + email address purchase department 5. Name + phone number + email address end-user 6. Fluorescent label of the PCR primer* 7. V.A.T. number (European Union only)** *Fluorescent label of the PCR primer The FAM labeled fluorescent PCR primer is recommended for most ABI sequencing apparatus. Several PCR primers with other fluorescent labels are available, including Cy5.0 (Beckman), ROX, and IRD800 (LICOR). Price for these primers is identical to kits with the FAM label. Please mention on each order the required fluorescent label of the PCR primer. **V.A.T. number (European Union only) All prices are without VAT. Countries of the European Union will have to pay VAT in their own country. Please mention on your order the VAT ( TVA; Intracommunitaire; MWS; BTW; IVA; MOMS) number of your company or institute. Our VAT no. is NL813037761B01. Without VAT tax number we have to add 19% VAT to orders shipped within the European Community. Custom fees and import taxes The recipient will be responsible for any local import or other taxes levied outside the Netherlands. Customers form the European Union will have to pay tax in their own country. Shipping and Handling costs Europe: For orders below € 900, shipping/handling costs (€ 50) will be charged. Outside Europe: For orders below € 1500, shipping/handling costs are € 100. Payment At the time of shipment, an invoice is sent by ordinary mail which is due approximately 30 days after shipment of the SALSA MLPA kits. Payment can be done by check or by bank transfer. Bank fees are the responsibility of the customer. In case payment by check is preferred, an extra 25 euro handling fee must be included. Payment is due 30 days after shipment. Your payment must quote customer and invoice number! Please note: MRC-Holland does not accept credit cards. All SALSA MLPA kits are sold by MRC-Holland for research purposes only. Our kits are not FDA/CE certified for diagnostic purposes!
